“Hehe! Calling me cute won’t make me happy at all, you jerk~!” He sang aloud in an overjoyed tone, clearly happy in spite of claiming otherwise. It was a silly mechanism he had, but he could never quite accept compliments properly, even if he was never able to hide his smile.

“Aw, wait… you look disappointed.” He said with a somewhat confused tone, placing his hoof gently atop her shoulder in order to comfort her. “I’m not a good enough cat for you! I see how it is! And I went out of my way to look good just so you’d like me!” He said in a rather playful tone, teasing her as though she’d just rejected a date from him.

✿ - - despite the fact that millianna was still a bit glum from the fact that there was no kitty-cat to be found, she quickly saw that she was being a bit childish, which was a common flaw of hers. she didn’t wish for chopper to have lowered self-esteem because of her.
